Finally got it installed on 3rd attempt almost a month after it was supposed to be installed initially.Ģ) Installation: XPO installers didnt install the screws properly(see my earlier post for more details).ģ) Tonal left arm somewhat defective. 2nd delivery date was rescheduled by XPO on the day of due to weather. According to tonal it was shipped to the wrong hub and had to reschedule delivery for two weeks from original date. Since a lot of you were asking for what the issues were:ġ) Delivery: The original delivery was “canceled” by XPO the day before it was supposed to be delivered with no communication from either XPO or Tonal. Im thinking of returning cause i had nothing but issues with Tonal. Has anyone decided to return the tonal within the 30 day window? Any issues with them doing the uninstall? Do they fix the holes?
